Trouble is that some people aren’t fans of change, so our approach includes a system of change management that engages those that are affected so that they embrace the new ways of working or new products that you have created.
All projects have to balance the risks and rewards between the three key factors influencing success; time, budget and quality. Whichever one of these factors is your priority then we adapt our approach accordingly.
There are many things that can make a project fail, here’s a few of the main ones:
